On May 13th we're delving into a collection of Shiraz's from one of Australia's most exceptional winemakers in the Barossa Valley, Eisenstone. Every Eisenstone vintage only produces limited volumes of wine varietals with each being individually numbered and we will be tasting 3 single vineyard Shiraz's made by the same man.

On February 27th from 6pm-8pm, join us for an Oysters and Gin experience with the award winning teams behind Hickson House Distilling Co. and East33 Oysters at Henry G's!

Guiding you through this masterclass will be Hickson House distillery co-founder Mikey Enright who will impart his wealth of knowledge of gin distilling and Martini making whilst oyster expert Salma Ebrahim from East33 will talk you through all things oysters including how to shuck your own!

The ticket price includes an Oyster Shell G&T on arrival, a guided tasting through three Hickson House gins, and a mini Oyster Shell gin martini. We will also be tasting through ½ dozen of East33 oysters, both Sydney Rocks and Pacific species.

John Milligan returns to take the stage for the evening as our Henry G’s ‘Piano Man’.

John Milligan is a singer, pianist, songwriter and entertainer from Sydney who has had a wealth of experience in the music industry. Whether it be at a bar, pub gig, cruise ship, wedding, corporate event, private party or restaurant, John has a natural talent for gauging the audience and it is obvious in how he works the stage.

 Armed with soaring ballads, swingin’ jazz tunes and pop classics, he is a musician with something for everyone.
