Gary is a very experienced entertainer and boasts one of the biggest and most diverse song-lists in Sydney and is always happy to take requests and interact with crowds to create a really fun atmosphere!

Guiding you through this masterclass will be Hickson House distillery co-founder Mikey Enright who will impart his wealth of knowledge of gin distilling and Martini making whilst oyster expert Salma Ebrahim from East33 will talk you through all things oysters including how to shuck your own!

The ticket price includes an Oyster Shell G&T on arrival, a guided tasting through three Hickson House gins, and a mini Oyster Shell gin martini. We will also be tasting through ½ dozen of East33 oysters, both Sydney Rocks and Pacific species.
